There aren't many shops in there. Not enough lifts so people with buggies and disabled people usually waiting in queues for the one lift at the front entrance.
Should just install a ramp to get to the lower floor rather than having the steps going down, seems like there's enough space.
It's pretty depressing walking around in there. H&m is gone so other than Primark there aren't many low cost clothes shops.
Update 2025*
Not many improvements other than a larger b&m, and we're now harassed by aggressive sales people when going about our business, both inside and outside.
Very off putting.

Have to say,this place has changed so much over the years, used to be a busy,vibrant shopping centre, but that has now gone.
Like many towns,the shops might be there,but no shoppers .
Hopefully with the new build, this may all change, but i doubt it,unless you get rid of online retail...Such a shame,sign of the times.
